I can totally understand how you feel (in regards to not running only!) It's really hard when you're more or less forced to not run - you're body really does ache for it! Especially in such a stressful time!! You should TOTALLY do a 1/2 marathon! I think you'd do really well! I really like racing - it gives me something to shoot for and a good reason to change up my workouts and do some speed work and whatnot. If you're ever interested in working from a plan, check out Daniel's Running Formula - fantastic, if a bit technical - book!Emilyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01037741494876145609noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5544646640914466824.post-1031450897669063072010-09-10T09:58:21.265-07:002010-09-10T09:58:21.265-07:00awww my little runner friend!!! I love running with a passion... to hear me talk about it people might think I'm actually GOOD at running, but I'm not. I just LOVE it so. Now that I've had a baby and have been spending much of my time in the hospital with her and in the HOT state of Illinois, I have not been running regularly since May!!! And I can tell, it's like I physically MISS it. Now that you've finished this half marathon maybe I should make it a goal to finish one. I have done the Hood to Coast but never that many miles all at once. It would be good for me to have a new running goal again!!!Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01932859903912257367noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5544646640914466824.post-20993280892102146592010-09-09T23:42:28.777-07:002010-09-09T23:42:28.777-07:001) Congratulations!! Which makes the fact that she (1) successfully completed the race and (2) posted a competitive time all the more impressive! Seriously...

2) that's a really cute pic of you and M!

3) The way that you talk about running inspires me to run more/better/faster (hahahha.. within reason). Your love for the sport is infectious! ;)Bella Vida Photographyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18088411681386946606noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5544646640914466824.post-50635779940641115462010-09-09T16:08:09.918-07:002010-09-09T16:08:09.918-07:00You rock! That's a HUGE accomplishment! Way to go! :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
